Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association

 The Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association was recognized by the City Council on November 21, 2001.  Our main purpose: "to maintain, protect and enhance the livability and sense of community of the Neighborhood".

Our neighborhood is in the southwest corner of Bend with the Deschutes River to the west, Powers Road on the north, Third Street on the east, and the city limits on the south.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association (SBNA) is to maintain, protect and enhance the livability and sense of community of the neighborhood. We desire to provide an open process by which all members of the neighborhood may involve themselves in the affairs of the neighborhood and to facilitate the exchange of information among neighborhood residents.
